Worth knowing

Your copy is usually the bottleneck

The build is rarely what holds a site up; the words are. Start writing them the week the brief goes in, not the week we ask.

You will need team photographs

We do not shoot photography, but almost every site needs team portraits and almost nobody has them ready. A phone in soft daylight against a plain wall is enough, as long as everyone is shot the same way. Consistency reads as intent.
